- How long does a car service take?
- A standard service takes about 90 minutes. Wait in the lounge with coffee and a PlayStation 5, or drop the car and go; we text you when it’s ready.
- Why does the price depend on my car?
- Bigger engines take more oil and different filters, and diesel, 4WD and European engines need different-grade parts and oil, so a small 4-cylinder is $149 while a European car is $299. The tier table above shows where your car lands.
- Do you do logbook servicing? Does my new-car warranty survive?
- Yes. Logbook services are stamped to your manufacturer’s schedule, which keeps your new-car warranty intact. You don’t need a dealership for that.
